Returns Policy

RETURNS
*We do not accept returns on Change of mind. 
*If you need to return an item to us, we can offer you an exchange or store credit. Please note that we will only refund postage paid (at our own discretion) to receive goods,not to return.
*Please email us at sales@modeboutiqueash.com within 48 hours of your purchase & include your order number and the reason for returning & we will get back to you ASAP to confirm the return procedure.
*Items must be returned to us in their original condition with all tags attached.
*Items purchased on sale are final so please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these.
*You must complete your return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.  Please note that you are responsible for arranging the return of the item and all related costs. We recommend you use tracked shipping to ensure your item makes it back to us.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty we will happily repair or replace it subject to availability, at our discretion.
If we cannot repair or replace the garment we can issue you either a refund or store credit on the purchase price.
We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear, and we ask all items are laundered before returning.
Mode Boutique will honour its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
